CranioSacral Holistic Bodywork
Blending a wide range of healing modalities, including Therapeutic Touch, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Sound Healing, Reflexology, and the use of essential oils, sink deeply into a transformative sensory immersion experience. Allow the vibrational sounds, shifting from left to right and above than below, to take your mind to stellar places, while the uplifting aromas of essential oils overwhelm the senses. As you rest deeply in perfect alignment, our Resident holistic bodywork magician George Moon gently unwinds the body using skilled myofascial release techniques! Personal Training + Massage Packages
Personal Training + Massage – 30 min sessions | $100
- This package includes a 30-minute personal training session, a 30-minute signature massage, and Steam Room/Sauna use.
Personal Training + Massage – 60 min sessions | $200
- This package includes a 60-minute personal training session, a 60-minute signature massage, and Steam Room/Sauna use.
Add-On to Any Massage Service
All our members and guests receiving multiple services, receive a complimentary steam bath or sauna session with their massage to help prepare the body to accept the benefits of each service fully….otherwise, it is just a $9 upgrade. It is recommended before or after your spa treatment, with a cool shower to follow. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to enjoy our facilities.
Below Enhancements are available for $10-25 each and do not add extra time.
- Aromatherapy. Enjoy aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit.
- Cupping. Relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.
- Hot Stones. Penetrated heat through footstones or body stones, is an added bonus to any massage!
- Magnesium. A highly concentrated, fragrance free, paraben free lotion formula designed to deliver magnesium, while also providing hydration and encouraging healthy skin.
