Fitness Program Info
Please be advised: All classes require registration before attending. If no one is registered, we reserve the right to cancel. Please click the Book Now button to register in advance. Registered guests will be considered a no-show after 15 minutes and will be charged the drop-in fee for the class. It is up to the discretion of the instructors to allow late arrivals.
We offer a variety of ways to support your fitness journey. Join us at one of our diverse and fun group fitness classes in the beautiful, historic Kansas City Club Crystal Ballroom or our fitness center. Our luxurious space was nominated for Best Yoga Studio in Kansas City! Master instructors lead our classes with a passion for their craft. You will be inspired and motivated to elevate your mind, body, and soul.
Check out our fully equipped Fitness Center HERE for private workouts and virtual reality experiences (VRE). We provide a variety of cardio and strength equipment and a private bathroom with a shower and towel service. The Fitness Center access is included with more than one Wellness Club full-service purchase and memberships.

Personal Training + Massage Packages
Personal Training + Massage – 30 min sessions | $100
- This package includes a 30-minute personal training session, a 30-minute signature massage, and Steam Room/Sauna use.
Personal Training + Massage – 60 min sessions | $200
- This package includes a 60-minute personal training session, a 60-minute signature massage, and Steam Room/Sauna use.
Personal Training + Facial Packages
Personal Training + Facial – 30 min sessions | $120
- This package includes a 30-minute personal training session, a 30-minute signature holistic facial, and Steam Room/Sauna use.
Personal Training + Facial – 60 min sessions | $220
- This package includes a 60-minute personal training session, a 60-minute signature holistic, and Steam Room/Sauna use.

Classes are included in our Membership packages
Due to limited capacity, it’s requested that you sign up before class to secure your spot as classes will be limited to ten people per class to allow for sufficient space. Pre-registration also gives you a very smooth check-in process. Please understand that no-shows are not refunded.
