Core Connection

Jane Helzer (Sundays at 1pm): This unique class focuses on connecting the whole body; both inside and out. You will learn how to build core strength in all areas of your core, not just the center abdominal muscles. Your instructor will coach you through 30-40 minutes of training and guide you through 10 minutes of inner connecting and breathing.

Belly Dance

Jane Helzer (Sundays at 2pm): Everyone is welcome in this class that explores the diverse genre of belly dance from North African to western styles of belly dance fusion. This is a safe space to explore the fluidity of a feminine-based dance that isolates and strengthens core muscles while also working arms and legs.

Hip-Hop Fitness

Jane Helzer (Mondays at 7pm): Hip-Hop Fitness is a dance fitness class that uses hip hop and hip hop-infused music. When the beat drops, get ready to drop-it, pop-it and lock-it in the street-style, free-style funk. All levels will groove this workout.

Rhythm & Roots with Jenna

Jenna Bodensteiner (Tuesdays at 6:30pm): Rhythm & Rootz with Jenna is an “in the moment’’ non-choreographed movement practice that combines large movements, cardio, yoga, and other movements inspired by cultures from all over the world. The music is selected carefully and turned all the way up to transport you to another time and place. Finding the roots that ground us and feeling the rhythm that drives and connects our energy is what will push your body through this high energy movement class.

Yoga en Español

Susie Ancona (Wednesdays at 6:30pm): Clase apta para principiantes. Yoga en español ofrece ambas prácticas de estilos Hatha y Vinyasa yoga. Promueve el movimiento alineado y la conciencia del cuerpo, además de transiciones fluidas y dinámicas para crear fortaleza y flexibilidad, conectando la respiración con el movimiento. La clase se enseña en español. Todos son bienvenidos! Beginner friendly class. Yoga en español offers both Hatha and Vinyasa-style practices. Encourages aligned movement and body awareness, as well as fluid, dynamic transitions to build strength and flexibility, connecting breath with movement. This class is taught in Spanish. All are welcome!

Arms and Abs

Christa Colwell (Thursdays at 6pm): Using both body weight and equipment, you will work a variety of upper body and core muscles with different exercises each week. Your instructor will teach you a variety of exercises and different training techniques to help you learn how to target specific muscle groups using gravity, resistance bands, resistance tubes and weights.

Zen Yoga

Christa Colwell (Thursdays at 7pm): Zen Yoga focuses on traditional Yoga poses and flows with modifications offered to accommodate ALL fitness and flexibility levels. Particular attention is given on improving balance and joint mobility. The class ends with Savasana. A guided meditation/relaxation session. You will leave feeling lighter and rejuvenated.

PiYo

Bridgette Alter (Fridays at 6pm): PiYo is a musically-driven, high intensity, workout with a focus on strength, balance, and cardio. Inspired by the movements of Yoga and Pilates we turn up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you a calorie-torching, muscle toning workout. Modifications are given to accommodate all fitness levels. Bring your Yoga mat, sneakers (optional) and get ready to sweat!”

Zumba +

Christa Colwell (Fridays at 7pm): Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program that integrates dance styles and music rhythms from all over the world. You will learn dance styles such as the Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Merengue, Cha, Cha, Cha, Flamenco, Afrobeat, Bollywood, Hip-Hop and many more. The playlist changes all the time, so you are always intrigued and never get bored. The format is an interval of high intensity to recovery tempos so you will burn lots of calories while dancing away your stress. You will be dripping in sweat but guaranteed to leave smiling. Come join the party!
