Heather Preston

Heather is a marketing professional, certified Reiki Master and Children’s Yoga Instructor with aspirations to combine these healing modalities and her creative experience to facilitate mindfulness activities for children and families in the KC Metro Area. Outside of her work at the Wellness Club, Heather does contract marketing work for several small businesses and spends her free time experimenting with new Vegan recipes, enjoying the company of her family/friends, and remodeling their third-generation family home.
